Knowledge-First Generation Order

Elicit domain knowledge before any model writes a word. The default flow patches generated text with facts. The knowledge-first flow refuses to write until the facts are in.

Most AI content tools skip straight to generation and produce shallow output as a result. The fix is sequencing: elicit domain knowledge before any model writes a word. A Socratic interview with the human, depth-scored, until a domain context document exists. Only then does the writing pipeline start, and every claim it produces is grounded in that document.

This inverts the usual flow. The default flow asks the model to write and then patches the result with facts. The knowledge-first flow refuses to write until the facts are in. The output is slower per piece but compounds — each new piece can lean on the prior elicited context instead of starting from web noise.
